Shipping and Returns
All items will be shipped via USPS. CocaLily Boutique is not responsible for shipping issues due to customer error. Please double check your mailing address before you purchase, as we are not responsible for incorrect address submissions. CocaLily Boutique is not responsible for your package once it has been electronically scanned by USPS. This includes theft, lost, and incorrect delivery unless the customer purchases insurance for their package. If you would like to insure your package please email us at Cocalilyboutique@gmail.com before placing your order. If there is a problem during shipping, it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office to resolve the issue.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if received by us within 14 days after your item has been delivered to you. Customers are in charge of paying all shipping costs. CocaLily Boutique must be notified at Cocalilyboutique@gmail.com before an item is returned. A check for your refund will be mailed to you after receipt of the return. Any packaged received after the 14 day deadline will be returned to the sender without a refund. If the item is not accepted by the post office at that point, the package will be discarded
